How do I request rental information?
Please complete our rental request form. Once we receive your request, we’ll be happy to discuss availability, rates, and setup options.

What is the process for getting my event approved at Grace Commons?
To request use of Grace Commons, please complete the interest form below. Once we receive your form, a staff member will call you within 2–3 business days to discuss your request. If your event is approved, you’ll be asked to review and sign the rental terms and agreement for your specific event. A booking deposit will then secure your date on the calendar.
What are the guidelines used to determine approval of an event at Grace Commons?
The following guidelines will be used for determining building use approval. Final approval will be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Faith Presbyterian Church (FPC).
- Activity does not undermine FPC and their beliefs
- Space availability
- Partisan political campaigning
- Evaluation of safety/legal issues
- User understands respect for the property
- Additional costs to FPC such as utilities
Events that will not be approved include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Fundraising, unless otherwise approved
- Conducting trade or business
- Partisan political campaigning
FPC’s programs and ministries shall be given first priority for use of all church facilities. The use of facilities by an outside individual, group, or organization should not conflict in any way with the programs of FPC. While most events will be single use, FPC will also consider recurring events.
FPC will give priority to church or church-member events, including memorial services or any other FPC event.
FPC will provide as much advance notice as possible in the event that User’s reservation will need to be canceled or modified.
