In our children's ministry, we believe that kids have the capacity to walk with God, and we love to see them learn through Bible stories, songs, and crafts.
We believe that teaching and building up your child in faith begins at home. From family worship to teaching the grammar of Christianity, we are dedicated to helping families raise their children in the Christian faith.
Every Sunday morning we provide a safe environment for kids from birth through fifth grade where they can learn about Jesus and connect with each other. Each volunteer who leads in the Children's Ministry has had a background check and is committed to making the ministry a safe, Biblically relevant, and fun environment for your kids.
"Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court." Psalms 127:3-5
On Sundays, we provide Sunday School for children in K4 through 5th grade. Nursery is available for babies and toddler during both the Sunday School hour and the Worship Service. We also have a Covenant Care Room for parents and their child who need a quiet space for settling, nursing, or whatever needs they may have. Worship helps are available at the welcome counter inside the church lobby.
Children's Church takes place during our Worship Hour and is for children in K4 through 2nd Grade. Children join their families for worship and are then dismmissed for Children's Church prior to the pastoral prayer. After the sermon, children return to their families and participate in the remainder of the service.
When you join us on Sunday mornings, you will need to check your child into our Children's Ministry. Parents check their child in at our welcome counter. Children receive a detailed name tag with a custom 4 digit code.Parents receive a receipt with a matching code. This receipt must be presented to your child's teacher when picking up your child from Sunday school or from the nursery after the service to maximize safety.
