Rightly Handling the Word of Truth

Takeaway: There is a wrong way to handle the word of truth. Christians are called to love truth that matters and hate false doctrine, and to do both compassionately. While Christians need to avoid getting themselves entangled in empty controversies, they should try to gently persuade those who are ensnared in lies.
