Following Jesus into Community
Preacher: Mike Osborne Series: Stand Alone Sermon Scripture: 1 Samuel 20:1–11
Takeaway: During a stressful time in young David’s life, the friendship between him and Jonathan, son of King Saul, gave David hope and courage. Their relationship is a model of the kind of community we should aspire to build in the church. Even more, it’s a picture of the covenant Jesus has made with us who trust in him.
