Proof of Grace

Takeaway: Christians feel the tension between being too legalistic and being too permissive. Often this leads them to communicate either that God’s Law doesn’t matter or that the gospel is only open to the “right sort of people.” In our passage, Paul can both describe the way the Law exposes the ungodly and how Christianity is for the worst sinners.
