Take Care How You Hear
Preacher: Kevin Nelson Series: Parables of Jesus Scripture: Luke 8:4–21
Takeaway: God’s word is powerful and life-giving, but it must be embraced with an open mind and heart. Jesus teaches in parables to reveal God’s truth to the humble while frustrating the hard-hearted. Are you allowing God’s word to do its work on you? Are you actively weeding out the things that will diminish the gospel’s impact in your life?
