Lord of History

Takeaway: The world often appears to be in the grip of chaos. The random forces of evil set the pace of everyday life. Christians know that God will come to set things right, but where is he now? Does he not see how the wicked scheme? According to Revelation 1, he is present and active, engaged in governing whatsoever comes to pass. What kind of problems does it create for you to acknowledge that God is in control of all things? How does that truth also provide us with hope?
