Lift Up Your Eyes

Takeaway: Discouragement can be overwhelming and hard to escape. God doesn’t stifle our cry nor ignore the many reasons why we feel despondent, but he does call us to follow his Servant Jesus to find hope. Discouragement fixes our eyes on ourselves and our past; hope fixes our eyes on Christ and the future he is presently providing. How does Christ’s experience of rejection reframe your experience?
