For All the Saints

Takeaway: Faithful churches have two essential ingredients: a commitment and accountability to sound doctrine and the hard work of ordinary Christians. Paul’s final greetings to the Romans demonstrate the importance of both. While believers can glorify God in their “secular” vocations, they are also called to faithfully serve Christ in the church. As we celebrate God’s faithfulness in both these areas, we place our future hope only in the promise of the gospel.
