Boasting in Failure?

Takeaway: How should we interpret failure, hardship, and weakness? Apart from Christ, these are sources of shame. We want to avoid them. We’ll worship anything that promises to remove them from our life. We might even interpret them as a punishment from God. In Christ, however, we can have complete confidence in God’s love for us and our future. This leads us to boast in whatever comes our way, knowing that God will use it for our glory. How would believing this change the way we pray during hardships? How does the peace of Christ in Rom. 5 compare with the peace you desire?
