What do you do with your doubts? Do they overwhelm you and make you anxious? Do you suppress them and keep up the appearance of a firm faith? In a passage that is the very foundational of biblical faith, we find Abraham raising questions about God. Strikingly, God does not condemn Abraham’s questions but points him to a better ground of his assurance. Abraham’s source of confidence can be our source, too.
